Postal Delivery or Package Status Questions: The average delivery transit time is shown at checkout based on your selected shipping option. Use the tracking link emailed to you to monitor your package's progress. It is common for USPS to adjust its delivery estimate along the way. Our company has no greater tracking information than you have at your disposal, but we are happy to assist once your package appears to be unreasonably delayed. Please contact us only after the average transit time for the shipping method you selected, has been surpassed. This information was provided in both your cart checkout screen and in your emailed order confirmation. If you haven't received your package, but USPS indicates it was delivered, please contact your postal carrier or local post office branch directly with your tracking number to resolve the issue. By contacting them directly, you can best describe the physical environment where the package may have been left, give special instructions, or get in touch with your mail carrier or their supervisor.
Technical Difficulty: If you are having any kind of cart difficulty or other technical issue please report it right away. We appreciate your help. Provide good details and a screen shot if possible. Tell us whether you were on a cell phone, computer and what web browser you're using.
